This will depend on the jurisdiction you choose. We normally prepare and finalise all documents necessary within one week from the time we receive all information required to form your new company. Once the final documents have been prepared and signed and your company has been incorporated, it will take about 2-6 days for the documents to reach you.

In case you choose a Cypriot company, you will be able to purchase an "off the shelf" company which we hold in our offices. This will minimise the waiting time and in most case documents can be sent to you within 1-2 working day
