Does incorporating an offshore company means that a bank account will be automatically be opened for the company?

No. We will proceed to open a bank account for your company only if you request us to do so. As soon as you request that and choose the bank you wish to work with, we will send you all relevant forms in order to open an account for you. However, it is at the bank's discretion to accept or refuse your application depending on how comfortable they are with your personal detail and the nature of your business.
